There\'s never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the international payroll and compliance market leader.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and run a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target list centered around acquiring new business from prospective companiesManage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customersMeet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targetsContinuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospectsKeep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales processKey qualificationsGeographically based in Australia or New Zealand3+ years sales/ account management experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segmentExperience closing deals valued at $100,000+ within organizations of 200-2000 employeesA proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logosAbility to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of their pipelineExperience in working with cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and SatisfactionDesire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibilityExperience with Global Payroll or HR software is advantageousTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
