Job Description
Accounts PayablePerform Accounts Payable (AP) activities which include :
- payments in ERP system
- liaise with vendors on cash purchase and overseas purchase on payment issues.
- preparation and submission of GIRO payments and follow up with printing and mailing of all cheques and payment vouchers
- iv. daily and periodic processing for Accounts Payable (AP)
- Reconciliation of statement of accounts
- Matching of supplier's invoices (local creditors) with reception note in IBS
- Monitor and follow up unmatched Purchase Orders.
- Reconcile error journal entries.
- Filing of accounting documents
- Complete month-end closing as per stipulated timeline
- Assist in the related any accounting tasks:
- Support Sales and Operations on account matters
- Coordinate bi-yearly stock take
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors.
- Maintain accounting records for compliance
- Assist in implementation and streamlining of workflow to improve productivity
- LCCI/Diploma/ITE in Accountancy
- Minimum 2 year experience in AP
- Experience in trading environment preferred
- Twice performance bonus a year , quarterly incentive schemes and annual profit sharing
