Salary: Excellent, plus high commission Our client is a leading innovative research business providing a platform for the scholarly and research space. Due to continued growth, they now require a new Account Executive to build new relationships with academic societies, research organisations and publishers across the region. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be driven to close deals and focus on acquiring new partnerships. Driving both company performance and enabling our clients to accelerate scientific breakthroughs through our solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Create new opportunities, meetings and meaningful connections.
• Working with our sales leadership team to build partnerships
• Acquire new customers, driving new partnerships and closing deals
• Identify and forge relationships with potential academic partners
• Build a pipeline of new opportunities
• Understand our client\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and challenges and work collaboratively to find ways to partner on solutions that deliver impact
• Attend academic conferences, seminars & networking events
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns
• Excited to work in a values-driven and mission-focused business

• Previous experience in a sales role, acquiring new partnerships
• Experience in the scholarly publishing industry
• Exceptional track record working towards revenue targets with quantifiable success
• Exceptional at developing relationships with clients, across all levels
• Analytical and can bring together technology, product, and sales teams
• Metrics-focused
• Proficiency in CRM software
