Key Responsibilities
Discuss and identify clients\xe2\x80\x99 communications needs
Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions
Identify client growth opportunities
Help ensure campaigns reach their performance goals
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
Day-to-day activities will change constantly to meet business growth
Keenly monitor campaigns with the aim to optimise results
Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc.
Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling
AM level candidates are expected to be able to lead a team of account executives and manage the daily running of an account
Qualifications
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an advertising agency or related field
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Account Executive or Assistant Manager role
Possess strong project management skills
Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organised and able to multitask accurately
Understanding of branding and communications preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
