Job Description
Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore. We are looking for an Account Executive experienced in receivables who will be responsible for managing the billing and collection process for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounts receivables, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collection process of overdue accounts while maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Analyze and reconcile client accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, troubleshooting billing issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
