• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for companies
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support audit and tax queries
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions
• Assist in annual budgeting, monitor cash flow
• Publish financial statements in time
• Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Answer client\'s enquiries on accounting/ tax field
• Handle tax, withholding tax and gst submission
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting & finance
• Experience in Singapore tax, gst and witholding tax
• Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking client
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Experience in accounting and secretarial services would be an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software: Xero Accounting would be an advantage
• Able to work immediately or 1 month notices

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm Location: Raffles Place
