Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe OpportunityAs the Key Account Executive, you will be managing key strategic customer accounts for Roche, focusing on enhancing product positioning, increasing patient access, and supporting financial growth. The individual is responsible for the entire account book, developing and executing strategic business plans, and cultivating relationships within assigned accounts. You are accountable for revenue and other metrics, providing specialist knowledge, and coaching colleagues to develop their skills.The Key Account Executive is responsible forManaging the sales of the company\xe2\x80\x99s diagnostic products within an assigned territory.Providing expertise and exceptional customer service to accounts, including physicians and other medical/therapeutic clients.Gathers data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities.Build relationships with physicians and key thought leaders to influence the acceptance and use of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products.Facilitates the planning and implementation of instrument installation projects. They oversee these projects to ensure successful completion and a smooth transition in lab operations and workflow.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to educate them on the features and benefits of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that customer needs are met.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the field.Who You AreThe ideal candidate for this role will have a university degree in a scientific or related field and/or equivalent related experience.Sales or marketing experience in healthcare or diagnostics laboratories is preferred.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
