Assist in full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL entries. Prepare tenant billings, rental income schedules, and track collections. Record landlord lease payments, utilities, and operating expenses. Assist in lease accounting (ROU assets, lease liabilities) under IFRS 16. Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journals and schedules. Prepare management reports, including occupancy revenue analysis and expense tracking. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and contracts. * Support finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
