Responsibilities: Responsible in performing daily accounting & finance duties including AR & AP processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, journal voucher, cashflow report & projections, GST filing, bank reconciliation etc. Responsible in preparing monthly financials, management documents, annual budget and reports for subsidiaries internal and external audit schedules Responsible in keeping proper records and updates of bank movement on payment and collections Responsible in supporting in the preparation of audited financial statements which are compliant with IFRS Responsible in assisting and liaising with auditor during the audit process, attend to audit queries and to resolve any errors related to the financial reports Responsible in handling enquiries on payment and collection-related matters and manage the credit control on accounts receivable Requirements: Min in Diploma in Accounting or any relevant field Min 3 years working experience Prior experience working in real estate industry is a bonus Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
