Roles & Responsibilities
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (10am to 7:30pm)
- Updating of occupant list
- Processing of dormitory passes
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries
- Liaising with tenants on quotations and payments. Coordinate Tenancy Administration and billing
- Administrative duties and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
O’ Levels and above- Those with relevant administrative experiences in property/facility/dormitory experiences advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communications and organizational skills
- Detail orientated, reliable and team player
- Office location: Boon Lay area and based in Dormitory
- Yearly contract renewable
- Mon – Friday (10am to 7:30pm)
