Job Description
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest Consumer Goods companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking an Account Executives with exposure in sales. The successful candidate will be based in San Juan City, Philippines.Key job responsibilities include:
- Identify potential market and coordinate with their respective business unit head for the channels they planned to saturate.
- Responsible for environment and competitor analysis, product line-up and introduction, promotion, planning and implementation of marketing programs
- Responsible for building, maintaining and retaining corporate relationships with business entities which may improve in the profitability to his company.
- Develop plans to target new customers.
- Supervise all sales and marketing activities.
- Skills in product presentation and sales is required
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 1 year exposure in sales.
- With Business to business (B2B) experience
- Preferably coming from advertising companies
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
