DESIGNATION : Account Management Senior Executive - B2B

RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Fairprice is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account Management Senior Executive to join the FairPrice for Business - B2B team at Online Grocery. FairPrice for Business - B2B team serves business users on their business grocery needs through our wide assortment and services. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, developing a best in class onboarding journey to acquire new verticals and channel partners, including marketing and development of product and offerings to new customer segments, working alongside all relevant stakeholders. The candidate must be a strong team player, and will draw upon solid communication, analytical, and sharp business acumen to effectively develop and implement industry segmented strategy for the FairPrice for Business - B2B team.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in key accounts and industries as measured by relevant commercial metrics (e.g. GMV, AOV etc)
  • End to end deal managing (including working with operations, marketing, and product to ensure the success of the partnership)
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
  • Responsible for developing account/industry/vertical growth strategies and business acquisition plans through fruitful business relationships to achieve revenue objectives
  • Employ data to identify business opportunities and evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses, with a focus in developing business accounts/industries/verticals and through services and offerings
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals


QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in ecommerce, business development, account management or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and interest in driving business improvements through data-driven decision making, and end-to-end project management.
  • Proven track record of Business Development management, Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience, preferably in eCommerce for FMCG brands, meeting revenue and commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Self-Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
