About Our Client

Our client is an independent commodity pricing and information organisation with global presence. The are one of the most trusted Price Reporting Agency (PRA) in the metals, mining, agriculture, forest products, and other commodity markets. Their price data, forecasts, and market analyses provides customers with strategic advantage in complex, volatile, often opaque environments. To support their expanding book of business, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Singapore.

• Employing consultative sales techniques to manage renewals, generate new opportunities and drive growth.
• Effectively managing book of business to deliver sustainable growth over the long-term.
• Creating and executing account plans to grow high potential customers within book of business
• Fully utilising Salesforce for effective pipeline management, forecasting, activity logging and performance metric tracking.
• Taking ownership of personal development to constantly learn, develop and contribute to the wider team\'s development, utilizing the resources available.
• Continually seeking to improve products knowledge and client markets.
• Collaborating across functions internally to provide the utmost value to the customer, particularly Customer Success, Editorial, Price Development, Product & Marketing team

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in managing and sustainably growing a book of business
• Experience in managing complex sales and understanding customer value
• Proven ability to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Strong track-record of using CRM and data to improve sales performance
• Experience in data licencing (or equivalent SaaS/subsription experience) is a plus
