Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating end-to-end spectrum of sales activities with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Building of new accounts and growing existing accounts
  • Collecting of market intel to refine product and service offerings
  • Achieving sales targets set for various products and services
  • Preparing quotations and tender submissions
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and the ability to convince senior management
  • Writing of business proposals for all current business and new opportunities
  • Ensuring that service delivery meets customer\'s expectations and escalate all issues promptly
  • Ensuring healthy and accurate forecast of revenue
  • Ensuring proper sale documents are maintained
  • Assisting in the overseas presentation via virtual conference call
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track records in Account Management, Project Management and Consultative Selling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Dynamics)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous nature with an eye for details
  • At least 3 years of working experience
