We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and ambitious Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead accounts, manage existing accounts and build new ones, as well as establish strong and trusted rapport with colleagues and clients.
Account Management
Responsible for all project-related client communications including timeliness and quality of deliverables, budget and resource requirements and managing client’s expectations
To lead, plan and execute an integrated marketing communications campaign (ATL/ BTL/ Digital and social)
Communicates the client’s goals/objectives and represent the client’s interests to the team
Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous communication of project status in order to identify potential issues and/ or opportunities within or related to the project
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director of any problems that may arise
Acquire good understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and enquiries on a weekly basis
Maintain the Account team archive library
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an advertising agency with a marketing communications background.
Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Writing and proofing skills are also required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
Ability to work independently, organized, dependable and detail oriented
Team player with a cooperative spirit
Quick learner, efficient and high sense of urgency
Able to work well under pressure and in a fast pace environment
