We are looking for an Account Manager (Greater China Region) who enjoys working in a fast-growing cloud communications company and thrives in an international environment. As a

Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with industry partners to help grow the Messaging (SMS) business. This role will be based in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Managing existing accounts for sales and potential buy side opportunities with focus towards Greater China Region
• Keeping updated on industry trends and movements and advising team leadership accordingly
• Liaising closely with key internal support teams (finance, legal, operations, customer support etc.) to attain good level of customer satisfaction
• Introducing, uploading and maintaining relevant prospect/customer information into the company\'s CRM tool

Desired skills and experience:

• Ideally experience in technology/Internet or telecommunications sales and account management
• Open to consider candidates in early career or with relevant internship experience
• Appetite to structure, negotiate, and maintain business relationships
• Pro-active team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful, strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently and cope with pressure

Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree from a leading university (or in progress)
• Written and verbal fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) & English is required (to handle clients and suppliers)
