Account Manager are responsible on client management, serving as a main point of contact between the client and the company by managing and nurturing relationships.

What you will do:

• Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives and expectations. Act as a liaison between the client and the company
• Communication : Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns and provide feedbacks
• Account Planning : Develop strategic accounts plan by outlining sales forecast to maximize utilization
• Customer retention : Implement strategies to retain existing clients and performing annual account reviews
• Sales Support : Collaborate with sales team to complete client onboarding
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

• Min 1 year in B2B account management/servicing (Lending or relevant trade knowledge is preferred)
• Diploma Holder
• Excel and Microsoft skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
