We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and ambitious Digital Account Manager to join our fast growing social. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead a newly-won social media accounts (government based), manage existing accounts and build new ones, as well as establish strong and trusted rapport with colleagues and clients. The ideal candidate would be someone with extensive experience in leading and managing client relationships and internal data team to ensure the highest-level performance and growth for digital campaigns.
Account Management
Manage overall client relationship and projects assigned to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders and maintain clear, concise and professional communication
Work alongside Account Director to manage workflow between external agencies, clients, and creative team to ensure on-brief and efficient delivery of jobs
Participate in pitches, from identifying opportunities during pitch development, to strategy development and presentations.
Social Media Management
Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies and to facilitate the development of project briefs that meet business and/or campaign objectives
Interpret client's brief, research, plan, develop and design rollouts and activations across integrated campaigns and/or editorial calendar, and manage a complex, multi-channel campaign across the various phases of the funnel / customer journey
Manage assets, monthly content calendars and oversee posting schedules
Oversee day-to-day queries and interactions with page fans and/or social media users.
Support and facilitate clients to uphold the standards of social customer care and ensure response time meets clients' expectations.
Reporting, tracking and implementing issues on digital platforms and managing issue resolution by allocating the right resources
Monitor, optimize, track and report ad performances.
Generate monthly and quarterly social media performance reports.
Analyze and produce insights and learnings to make informed decisions for editorial calendar development in order to achieve KPIs.
Develop content pillars and story ideas and oversee design and rollout of quality creative deliverables for multi-channel platforms, including but not limited to websites, digital media and social media platforms.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated/digital experience and advertising agency with proven track record in managing social media accounts and campaigns.
Deep understanding and strong knowledge of how to optimize all social media platforms
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Strong analytical skills
Prior experience of working on government accounts will be an advantage
Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills - know how to sell a mid-level idea into clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery
Self-motivated, and a team player
