Act as primary contact with Retail Solutions clients in Asia
Acquire new clients through existing relationships and networks
Collaborate with all clients on problem solving initiatives, creating end to end solution strategies which address specific client needs using our portfolio of digital retail solutions
Provide insights updates to clients, helping clients interpret and understand how to read the collected insights and highlighting opportunities for key metric improvement
Proactively reach out to clients to share new solution updates
Ensure new project requirements and scopes are clearly articulated for handover to project managers
Have peripheral knowledge of our digital Retail Solutions portfolio, partners, capabilities, and limitations
Keep current with trends and opportunities in new consumer experience, omni-channel solutions, customer case studies, etc. to provide maximum value during client meetings
Help communicate solution opportunities to technical sales support team so that Meiyume is creating solution offerings that address our clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs
Forecast and track key account metrics
Requirements
Bachelors or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in retail/B2B solutions account management
Prospecting and relationship building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with fluency in written and spoken English
