As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Partner sales activities to generate revenue aligning to organizational targets. You will be involved in evaluating partner sales performance and recommending improvements. You will also be involved in managing the sales pipeline, monthly sales forecasting and identify new business opportunities.

Adecco is collaborating with a renowned Digital Workplace Solutions Provider MNC client to hire for a Channel Partner Manager for their team.

Channel Partner Manager | Digital Workplace Solutions MNC | Up to SGD4500/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned Channel Partners and System Integrators.
  • Managing sales pipeline, monthly sales forecast and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving sales for hardware and non-hardware portfolio.
  • Providing resources & support on product knowledge & sales strategies.
  • Providing machine demo when needed.
  • Providing available sales tools for partners to utilize.
  • Managing conflict with indirect and direct sales teams by good communication internally and external through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Assessing, clarifying and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Objection handling on partners\' feedback and end users\' service issues
  • Coach and train partners to sell full suite of products and solutions
  • Develop incentive programs for Channel Partners
  • Follow up AR issues for Channel Partners and end users
  • Provide administrative support for all channel partners
  • Register all leads registration request and request transfer of account when needed
  • Process sales related documentations - PO, contracts, sales requisition, credit grading, new customer code creation, transfer ownership
  • Price support submission
  • Update on stocks availability request
Job Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in channel management or sales
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM/SAP) software
  • Capability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team Player + Independent
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
