Role overview: *
Wynshop is recruiting for a success-driven Account Manager (AM) who can collaborate with our amazing grocery customers as they grow their online business. The AM will manage a portfolio of 3-5 customer accounts and create strategic account plans to ensure our customeraEUR(TM)s success. The AM should be highly skilled at expanding relationships across multiple departments and roles within the customer base. The candidate must have a proven track record of uncovering opportunities within customer accounts and managing complex, enterprise sales cycles to close. Consistent and verifiable quota achievement across previous positions is required.We welcome all US applicants in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
What you'll be doing:

  • Create and execute a strategic account plan for each customer account to ensure the growth of their online business that is on the Wynshop portfolio of solutions
  • Ensure achievement of high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from your entire customer base
  • Build rapport and strong customer relationships from the executive level down
  • Develop knowledge of the grocery industry and, in particular, the online grocery ecosystem
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business initiatives in order to effectively address their challenges and goals
  • Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, or quarterly calls, coordinate account reviews and roadmap discussions leveraging the appropriate internal resources (frequency based on the customer)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of the customer relationship by overseeing all non-support related aspects of the relationship, which include ensuring client satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention
  • Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, professional services, customer success, contracts, and product teams
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Update and maintain CRM database (SFDC) and provide accurate weekly reports reflecting territory and pipeline status
What you bring to the table:
  • Knowledge of and experience working in the ecommerce technology industry; strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience working in the grocery industry; strongly preferred
  • Solid sales experience in account management and B2B sales environment with a track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • An ability to be a self-starter and own the relationship as a liaison between Wynshop and our customers
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed (when safe to do so)
  • BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
