Who we are looking for: The Senior/Account Manager position begins the transition into strategic planning within the department. Many of the job responsibilities are consistent with an Account Manager role and must be upheld; however, this position manages multiple relationships with the clients, leads/develops initial strategic input and sets expectations for project delivery. Additionally, responsible for overseeing and leading effective relationships across agency departments and industry relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintaining accounts plans

• Generating revenue & profit targets as defined for accounts

• Leading Regional/Local accounts and building strategy to Grow their Business

• Management of project's life cycle and championing the quality of projects

• Working with other team members to provide support and guidance as needed

• Total client satisfaction, and ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with the client

• Managing all deliverables to client-consulting presentations, projects, marketing plans & execution, etc

• Providing inputs to ensure that the optimum team is put against the client's business

• Up-selling and cross-selling consulting services within the client business

• Thinking about new opportunities within the client organization, which may not necessarily be consulting services related

• Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities

• Work on new business opportunities – both lead generation and lead management
  

Required skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in the Advertising Industry. Digital Experience is a MUST

• Able to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Planning, Creative and Project teams

• Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.

• Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
