Responsibility:
- In charge of client retention and renewal of accounts for your assigned portfolio.
- Conducting marketing presentations of insurance solutions to your clients
- Preparations of proposal for all lines of coverage, benchmarking, reviewing of plan designs, renewal materials, etc
- You will build lasting relationships with other internal and external teams.
- Assists with claims enquiries, employee movements, etc.
- You will ensure to achieved set KPIs such as renewal retention and providing input that contributes to positive financial results.
- This role requires to have insurance certifications: BCP, PGI, HI, M5, M9, M9A
- Minimum of 3 years\' experience in client management within Insurance focused on Health and Employee Benefits products.
- Experience in similar renewal role coming from insurance or broking firm
- Familiar with Health Insurance market with experience liaising with clients, brokers and other intermediaries.
