Join our Enterprise Sales team as an Account Manager where you'll drive revenue growth by building meaningful relationships with our most strategic customers. You'll be the trusted advisor helping businesses scale their payment infrastructure while identifying opportunities to expand our partnership.
What You'll Do
Strategic Account Management
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
Develop a deep understanding of customers' business models and payment needs
Create and execute account expansion strategies to drive net revenue retention
Revenue Growth & Expansion
Identify upselling opportunities across our product suite (Payments, Connect, Billing, etc.)
Lead complex deal negotiations and contract renewals
Collaborate with technical teams on custom payment solutions
Achieve quarterly revenue targets and growth metrics
Customer Success & Advocacy
Serve as primary point of contact for strategic accounts
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Advocate for customer needs internally and influence product roadmap
Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing technical support
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical implementations
Work with Product teams to address customer feature requests
Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract terms and pricing
Who You Are
Experience
: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or business development
Technical Aptitude
: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical payment concepts
Track Record
: Proven success managing enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets
Communication
: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Analytical
: Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
o Experience in fintech, payments, or developer-focused products o Background working with high-growth technology companies o Understanding of payment processing, marketplace models, or subscription businesses o Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar enterprise tools
