Service Enterprise/Govt accounts, obtains orders and develop new market and established new Enterprise Customers.
Responsible for the entire sales cycles by planning and organizing activities in existing or potential accounts, identify opportunities and work closely with other stakeholders to close deal
Communicate with customer on the requirement, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc
Resolve customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation to management
Present an overall costing sheet for a sales / project , to negotiate for best price for project / tender during bid phase
Provide project costing sheets with supporting quotations from various distributors / vendors to project team for project handover
Support project for a smooth transition during project handover example like proper handover to project team on costing sheet
Job Requirements:
At least 3 - 5 years of IT sales experiences in Enterprise Accounts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Good organization skills and ability to multitask
Team-player who can also work independently, dedicated team-member
