Account Manager (mobile Cori)

Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive the sales of our Mobile Corporate Individual (CORI) scheme. This role involves promoting tailored CORI schemes to corporate clients, contributing to sales targets, and cultivating strong relationships for our corporate clients.

  • Actively promote mobile CORI offerings to acquire and onboard new CORI accounts.
  • Participate in tenders, lead generation, and respond to new business enquiries to expand the reach and adoption of mobile CORI offerings to grow market share and revenue.
  • Implement sales strategies and achieve individual sales targets to manage and retain existing CORI accounts
  • Update, negotiate and communicate mobile CORI offers and packages to company Authorised Officer on regular basis.
  • Foster and build good client relationship and engage in regular meetups with company Authorised Officer to grow CORI mindshare, awareness and activities
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to contribute to the enhancement of mobile CORI offerings and sales strategies.
  • Manage CORI approval, signup and onboarding process, including processing and handling individual CORI sign ups (where applicable)
  • Manage and process Authorised Officer/mobile CORI enquiries, application forms, backend processes, payment, handset fulfilment and feedback, including billing enquiries, billing disputes, coverage matters, CORI promotions/tariffs.
  • Organise and support CORI roadshows.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications/ICT sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving individual targets.
  • Experience in selling tailored corporate solutions, CORI, or similar services within the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
  • Able to build good customer relationship at all levels.
  • Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
  • Self-driven, energetic, resourceful and creative.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
