In addition, you have experience conceptualising and project managing brand activations (events) for the public, media and KOLs in Singapore. Weber Shandwick is looking for integrated communications professionals with 5 to 6 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing and Activations planning. In this role you would manage teams that represent our partners who are some of the largest, most influential organisations in the world. You will play an important role ideating and executing impactful programmes for a leading Sports Retail giant, an automotive brand, and more! You must possess these three values. Self-starter mentality. You take the initiative to think outside the box to develop powerful marketing and communications programmes to achieve goals set. You are a fierce driver . You keep your eyes on the prize and rally the team around you to work towards a common goal. You're able to identify and lead new business opportunities while at the same time pivot our programmes in the direction needed based on insights/trends. Lastly, you are responsible - not only do you take full ownership of the tasks entrusted, but are oriented to the broader goal the team has to achieve together and are constantly looking to improve how we do things. EXPERIENCES REQUIRED: Media relations Experience in writing press releases/alerts, as well as responses for brand spokespeople. Established relationships with lifestyle media in Singapore, and are able to identify angles that are suited for the various media verticals. Influencer Marketing A proven track record in working with social influencers in Singapore. Ability to identify suitable influencers as well as manage negotiations with influencers to collaborate with. Creative in proposing interesting content formats as well as co-creation ideas to help brands cut through the clutter on social media, through influencers. Consumer activations (physical/virtual) Ability to conceptualise activations that are suitable to engage our target audiences to achieve specific brand outcomes. Ability to project manage these activations, in terms of timelines and suitable vendors to partner. Appreciation for all of the touchpoints we need to engage our target audiences on for a memorable event. Integrated Marketing and communications Possess a strong understanding in mining for insights and experience in developing a strong narrative to guide communications programmes across multiple touchpoints. Ability to think strategically and develop programmes across touch points where our target audiences are. Experience in project managing timelines for integrated marketing and communication programmes of various scales and working with teams effectively to achieve a common goal. QUALIFICATIONS: 5 to 6 years of PR, Influencer marketing experience, as well as Brand Activations, ideally in B2C brands (sportswear, automotive, FMCG).
