Develop and maintain sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and negotiate terms to close deals.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients\' needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Educate clients on new features or offerings that align with their business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in progress.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Prior experience in government agencies, education institutions, media (digital or print) would be advantageous
