Job description:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor sector. Serve as the main point of contact, promptly responding to client needs and concerns. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ELV contractor market. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and customized proposals. Meet sales targets and support the growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit. Work with internal teams to ensure project delivery. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to keep milestones on track. Keep clients informed with regular updates on project developments. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities in the ELV market. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share. Stay updated on industry changes and competitor activities. Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve operational or technical issues. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and promote long-term business relationships

Requirement

Background in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronic security or ELV industry. Understanding of the ELV contractor market and related technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented. Complying with company policies, procedures and rules, and any applicable regulatory requirement.
