Daily Engagement with Customers:
Engage directly with customers on a daily basis to address tactical business matters such as production planning, logistics, purchasing, finance, and customer service, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Forecasting and Data Management:
Maintain accurate data within forecasting systems, including customer forecasts, volume projections, pricing details, and customer codes.
Conduct monthly reviews of forecasts to ensure accuracy and provide feedback on forecast commitments to customers.
Handle upside requests and track die loading, offering support to Customer Services regarding die attainment.
Manage excess material disposition and tracking, as well as resolving billing issues and maintaining a customer issue log.
Support Sales Operations:
Assist sales teams in preparing quotations and promptly updating system pricing.
Manage customer reporting and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of issues.
Collaborate with the sales team, including Sales Managers, TPM, and Factory personnel, to address account-specific issues and business activities impacting short to medium-term demand.
Demand Visibility and Operations Planning:
Provide accurate demand visibility to support operations planning and execution, encompassing capacity, materials, resources, and revenue.
Coordinate and prepare materials for Quarterly Customer Business Reviews (QBRs) and participate in QBR sessions as necessary.
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant account management experience in the semiconductor industry
Familiarity with semiconductor testing and assembly / OSAT markets
Experience in handling US or Europe market preferred
Result-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
