We are looking for an experienced Account Manager or someone who's ready to take on a Senior Account Manager role for a top Fortune 500 company's retail brand in Singapore. Reporting to the Singapore We are looking for an experienced Account Manager or someone who's ready to take on a Senior Account Manager role for a top Fortune 500 company's retail brand in Singapore. Reporting to the Singapore Country Lead and an Account Director, the Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager serves as the primary liaison with senior clients and will manage a team of Account Executive & Account Coordinator. He/She is responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources, and leading agency to meet clients' marketing and advertising needs. He/She is responsible for agency outputs, provides perspective and leadership in the developing the highest quality deliverables. Experience in MNC business, strong interpersonal communications and keen attention to details are critical to the success of this position. Key Responsibilities: Integrated Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing programs and promotions (ATL/BTL/Digital/Social) to achieve client's campaign objectives. Manage the creative development and production of campaign materials and digital deliverables from start to finish. Prepares and participates in client presentations. Liaison with production vendors and media owners to roll out production materials, on-site advertising, and out-of-home installations. Market intelligence reporting and preparation of competitive analysis reports. Prepare, track and manage campaign budgets and reporting of expenditure to the Singapore Country Lead. Assist in annual budgeting of marketing programs. Assist in ad-hoc global miscellaneous projects and providing insights and data for report submissions. Process management and adherence to audit controls and marketing processes. Client Partnerships & Collaborations Work with Marcom clients and stakeholders in various business divisions and liaison with other departments within client's organisation to execute marketing campaigns. Work closely with other integrated agency partners (Media, PR, Loyalty, Event, etc) where relevant, to co-ordinate various process stages of marketing campaigns. Manage radio sponsorship contract, liaison with radio stations on program updates, develop ideas and games for radio campaigns. Conduct retail briefings, prepare memos and debrief retail station managers on campaigns. Also includes briefing customer call centres on operational and promotional matters to manage customer expectations. Work with third party vendors for operations fulfilment, logistics and distribution arrangements.
