Description & RequirementsPosition Summarydriving opportunities to a successful close. An understanding of industries like Professional Services, Manufacturing, Logistics & Finance, is required as you position Infor solutions to targeted customers and net new opportunities. He/she must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. Working with virtual teams and navigating internal departments is critical for the success of this role.Essential DutiesResponsible for solution sales to the assigned industries/territory.

  • Responsible for full spectrum of software solutions to address business pains of the above industry segments.
  • Interaction with customers and prospects to sell ERP/Edge solutions - activities include cold calling and other lead generation methods.
  • Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
  • Exceed sales quota - maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM.
  • Use cold calling and networking techniques to pursue net new business.
  • Work closely with services team/partners to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Capacity to create trusted relationship opening new account.
  • Demonstrate Leadership and drive internally and externally
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of successful ERP or similar software /domain Sales
  • Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions
  • Know-how of Cloud solutions
  • Hunter-mentality, able to win new logos
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives
  • Must be capable of leading virtual sales teams
  • A team player with the ability lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work with multiple customers of all sizes
  • Creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts
  • Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills is essential
