Benefits Summary:

· Up to 4000 + VB · 5 days · Transport + Mobile Claims · Working Location: Jurong East


Responsibilities:

• Make an appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers
• Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills, keeping up good relationships with existing and new clients
• Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, and QS Consultant) over the telephone, e-mail, and outdoor visiting
• Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and demonstration, basic service & after-sales support for our BIM software implementation
• Generate weekly sales reports for management and undertake tasks assigned from time to time
  

Requirements:

• Degree with minimum 2 years of sales or B2B experience
• Preferably with AEC industry experience candidates or QS background
• Good knowledge of the construction industry, especially BIM technology for contractors and consultants in Singapore
• Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated
• Pro-active and able to work independently
• Practice integrity and high dedication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude
• Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our in-house products as well as other products in the market while liaising with client
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
