Be Better, Join the Fastest The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned corporate clients and actively driving sales and growth within one of our Company's most important and strategic markets. You will be assigned a specific business segment to penetrate and grow. Responsibilities . Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, with core responsibilities focused on customer retention, new acquisitions, and seeking out new opportunities of growth for existing customers . Identify, establish and further relationships with key contacts across all assigned accounts . For new acquisitions, leverage on various forms of sales canvassing methods (calls, email, networking) to generate qualified leads . Drive solution development efforts that best address customer needs by coordinating and facilitating the participation of cross-functional teams (including support, technical consultants and management resources) . Grow and develop a healthy recurring sales pipeline . Proactive in staying up to date with industry knowledge, market conditions and competitors' products and pricing . Create strategic account plans and periodic revenue forecasts Requirements . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or other related field . Relevant years of B2B account management / sales experience in an IT or Telco company. Having managed medium to large corporate customers will be an added advantage . Sales or product exposure in areas such as broadband, connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, cybersecurity, etc. are highly valued . Self-motivated, target-driven, and is comfortable working as an individual or as a team . Comfortable and well-versed with both account farming and hunting techniques . Thrives in ambiguity, works well under pressure and offers solutions in fluid scenarios . Has an eye for detail with the ability to adhere to established internal processes, while also being an advocate of other areas of improvements Experience in using Salesforce will be highly advantageous
