Job Description


  • Establish working relationships with key clients and stakeholders and become a trusted advisor who will understand their requirements and challenges
  • Manage client\'s IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensureprofit objectives are met
  • Provide leadership to business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle, particularly in growing existing business in the account
  • Engage with principal, partners, and suppliers in sales activities on IT products and services of the Company
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
  • Investigate customer\'s complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and provide corrective measures
  • Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations, etc

Requirements
  • To handle Japanese customers. Knowledge of Japanese language is essential
  • Minimum a Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • 1 year of working experience preferably in IT sales or business development role

  • Disciplined and driven to develop sales account plans and upkeep sales forecast & hygiene
  • Established relationship with enterprise customers will be a bonus
