Responsibilities
Ensuring all monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved by upselling products/ solutions to retailers and partners.
Managing sales cycle effectively to close new businesses, identifying prospects, setting appointments and, qualifying sales call
Develop pipeline by email campaigns, cold-calling, and great market insight/knowledge.
Handling multiple timelines to implement and execute campaigns for retailers and partners.
Being the main point of contact to provide B2B support and proactively resolving any business/ technical issues
Maintaining client records, tracking contract updates, and renewals.
Cross-selling, identifying upselling and renewal opportunities to communicate with BD regularly.
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders including tech, analytics, legal, marketing, operations, and finance to launch partner and retailer campaigns
Analyzing, tracking, and communicating key quantitive trends in relation to the business.
Initiating all reviews with both retailers & partners to strategize on optimizing results/ outcome
Conduct day-to-day administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Account Management, and/or selling Merchant Solutions
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships and think creatively about partnership opportunities
Target-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver targets in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong interpersonal skills, high tenacity, and is comfortable with working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail
Passionate about technology trends, retail solutions, and experiences
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be preferred
