What you will do:

Account Management plays a critical role for growing our Singapore business as well as shaping our solution offering for our most strategic customers. You will also be responsible for business development and building capabilities & practice for Smart City/Sustainability verticals for Singapore in order to achieve organic growth strategy in Singapore market. A member within our Singapore Sales, you serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance to sales teams, ensuring synergies across the projects and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The position will need to be digital savvy. You will lead both pre and post sales activities, acting as the expert for Digital solutions and engaging other SMEs across the organization to develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals. You will then maintain the executive relationships and act as a facilitation point, ensuring tight stakeholder alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success.

How you will do it:

You need to undertsand the leadership structure of the assigned customer and maintain a strong relationship with the C-suites. To assess the point of decision making for each opporunity.

You need to be fully engage with customer\xe2\x80\x99s vision and develop strategy plan to assist customer in achieving it.

You will be the single point of contact for customer across all matters ranging from pre-sales to post-sales support.

You shall be innovative and execute the business development strategy and growth plan by demonstrating below efficiently and effectively:

Strong knowledge of various solutions required for Smart City projects (e.g. Command Control platform, IOT, Surveillance, Intelligent Transportation, Lighting, Parking, Solid waste management etc.)

Effectively collaborate with internal team of sales, engineering & operations

Effectively evaluate and collaborate with ecosystem solution partner and Maater System Integrator/General Contractor

Work seamlessly with sales and other support functions to technically analyze the requirements in RFPs / Tenders and provide strategic input.

Assist Sales team in Pre-sales and proposals

Create and engage partner ecosystem for Solution Development and Deployment.

Identify and work with ecosystem of solution partners and stitch complete solutions to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs

Ability to work with internal stakeholders for approvals, solution, etc.

Shall seamlessly work with different internal functions and share strategic inputs in order to deliver right solution/proposal and services to customers

What we look for:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Computer Science with minimum 5 years of work experience in account management (preferably with complex client\xe2\x80\x99s organization)

A candidate who is technical savvy and enjoys creating new solutions by integrating systems.

Experience in client-facing environments & relationship building skills.

Highly versatile and adaptable to changes. Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, across multiple functions.

The candidate is responsible for working with sales and solution teams to qualify, shape and secure Digital Solutions sales opportunities in Johnson Controls. You are expected to be proficient in consultative and solution selling, highly skilled in value articulation, and experienced in designing solutions based on customer requirements.
