Account Manager

We\'re looking for an Account Manager to help with our expansion in the APAC. The ideal candidate is a born networker who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse and entrepreneurial environment. As an Account Manager, you\'ll be managing relationships with international and prominent local brands across multiple industries, so life is never dull! You will understand the unique needs of a merchant and provide them with payments expertise and guidance to help them grow.

What you\'ll do

  • Grow commercial revenue and build strong merchant relationships to fulfill the global payments strategy of digital and retail companies.
  • Provide consultative advice with business reviews, coordinate high level technical implementations and regularly work with financial and payments data to strength the value of a product proposition.
  • Collaborate within the team to manage a merchant\'s relationship and XFN teams to meet merchant needs and growth plans. Gather feedback to drive Adyen\'s product innovation and delivering on merchant projects.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of key merchants, meeting our team\'s strategic and financial goals
  • Serve as a thought leader and extensive source of knowledge for your colleagues in the account management team and other company departments
Who you are
  • You\'re a high-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
  • Able to work a room of stakeholders with your personality, and leverage your analytical abilities to strategically assess data
  • Passionate about leading with business acumen, strategic payments conversations, presenting business reviews, and coordinating high level technical discussions
  • Enjoy engaging others in any environment both virtually and in person and developing strong working relationships at all levels of management.
  • Excited to prioritize and manage multiple projects across different departments, across timezones, regions, while collaborating with others to achieve results
  • 3+ years experience in account management, sales, partnerships, consulting, or a related field
  • Full professional proficiency in English
