Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toLocal Division ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesJOB PROFILE SUMMARY Develops, implements, and manages the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates sales activities, monitors current projects, and manages the resolution of specific customer problems. RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work (SoW) growth actions. Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customers business and business environment and interprets the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB. Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans of the customer. Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement through a structured follow-up process across divisions and countries. Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets, representing ABB, overall. Creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, sales planning, and issue resolution). Monitors competitors activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Gives input on market price developments. Drives application of standardized marketing & sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, , etc.) for the account.Qualifications for the role
