Responsibilities:

Key contact for accounts or support Program Manager on key accounts.
Project management, planning and execution.
Project management (New Product Introduction Implementation), quotation, planning and execution.
Rapport building & explore on any new business opportunities.
Ensure committed SLA to customer are met & fulfill.
Work with the team in meeting customer expectation.
Meeting KPIs set (Revenue, Profitability, Account Receivables & Inventory holding).
Provide updates on accounts supported.
Analysis on existing account opportunities & threats.

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimum supervision, good judgment & decision making.
Good communication and customer service skills
