We are looking for an Account Manager
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Experience in account management, digital marketing or sales, preferably in Ecommerce industry.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the client organization and build lasting relationships with clients
Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills.
Able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to details
Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients whose usual business language is Mandarin
Fluency in Cantonese will be a plus (to work with counterparts in Hong Kong)
Become an expert in Company\'s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
Grow revenue, educate and deliver consultative support to strategic clients and partners
Work directly with advertisers to achieve greater business results across our family of apps through best practice adoption and advertising campaigns performance improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely manner
Gather advertiser feedback to enhance current and future ad products
Work cross-functionally within sales and other functions to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
Represent the company at conferences, events or through webinars
