Your new job: Account manager | Sales Upsell Client Servicing
As an Account manager, you will
- Proactively oversee the assigned portfolio of clients
- Identify growth and up-sell opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice to clients
- Conduct business reviews with clients
- Manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign,
- Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfillment
- At least 2-year experience in strategic account planning and management
- Extensive knowledge of the Singapore and SEA market
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in e-commerce, online travel, gaming & classifieds verticals
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service
