Use the account management process to integrate all aspects of the Rolls-Royce relationship with customers, and direct resources to support the attainment of the account.Use the Customer Hub to drive account management discipline.Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in contract and account administration.Ensure that contracts are administered in a way that is consistent with delivering value to Rolls-Royce, including working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve disputes and manage contract risks.Ensure accounts are managed in accordance with Compliance and ABCEC policies. Drive Business Plan Improvements (CRP) to improve the margin for key Onerous or Low Margin contracts.Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in generating revenue & cash plans as well as the management of cash and profit opportunities, and threat mitigation.Drive key financial payment plans with customers on such matters as Customer Responsible Charges, TotalCare invoices to achieve the monthly liquidity per the 5YP. Help develop debt recovery plans (where applicable). Help to co-ordinate sales and transitions targets.Support the account team in building customer relationships. Keep assigned customers informed and represent their needs and views within Rolls-Royce.Help to foster new airline relationships and help to grow the Rolls-Royce customer base in your region.Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction and NPS targets for your assigned customers.QualificationsDegree in a technical or numerate discipline, or strong relevant experience.Self-motivated with an ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment.Planning and programme management experience.Confident influencing and communication skills with key customer focus.Broad knowledge of a Customer and Services organisation is desirable and having worked within an aerospace or aviation industry would be an advantage.Proficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suiteWe offer excellent opportunities to develop, along with a competitive salary and exceptional benefits.Pioneer optimum performance.
