Description
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Functions
- Registry of supplier invoices, process payments & recording payments in accounting software
- Updating customer\'s receipt in accounting software
- Assist in daily accounting data entries and month-end closing
- Assist in Intercompany reconciliation
- Cash management including banking activities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Handling of administrative accounting and administrative duties, including staff reimbursement
- Assist in preparing audit schedules
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
- Possess a Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accountancy
- Possess minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
