• Allocate cash receipt on a daily basis

• Bank reconciliation

• Generate monthly invoice and update AR aging statement for client

• Chase up client debtors including telephone follow up of overdue debtors on a regular basis

• Entry of general journals

• Assist with forecast updates for revenue changes

• Data entry of accounting transaction as directed by the CFO

• Review monthly GST return report and identify any variance

• Update Salesforce record status

• Assist in the monthly close of the company’s financial statement

• Work with other department to ensure billing is accurate and on time.

• Serve in a backup capacity for other accounting functions performed by other accounting staff members.

• Asist in special projects as needed.

Skills & requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.

• minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred

• skilled with Company, accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft office software including word, excel, outlook.

• Experienced with general office equipment

• Familiarity with accounting terminology and procedures, including filling accounting records, check processing, data entry and cash applications.

• General data review and processing skills

• Strong mathematical and data entry skills

• Experience with GST calculation, foreign currency gain/loss calculation and filling in multiple jurisdictions.
