Job Description

Joining as an Account Representative, you will report to the Director (APAC). You will work within an international team and take care of the day-to-day support within the regional team in APAC. Fresh Diplomas and uni grads are welcome to apply.

Location: One North

Salary up to $4000

• Assisting the Regional Director in the management of a portfolio of existing multinational clients
• Assisting Regional Directors to identify new business opportunities with Network Members.
• Preparation of monthly meetings with Network Members and post meeting minutes.
• Follow up with Network Members and Regional Directors in the other regions on open new business opportunities.
• Assistance of the Regional Director in day-to-day activities
• Calendar Management
• Handling their travel arrangements including flights and accommodation
• Processing their monthly expense claims.
• Oversees inventory and purchases of office supplies.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of seminars in the region.
• Help with IT support for the Singapore office

What it Takes:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in administrative duties
• Excellent spoken and verbal communication skill
• Proficient in computer office programs (i.e. CRM/SLX, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Process driven and attentive to details
