The opportunity
Our team has rapidly grown in the last year and we are not stopping anytime soon. We are a true innovator within the B2B tech media sector, embracing challenge and change through innovation and agility. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Sales Director to help us expand our current customer portfolio into Singapore. You will be working with the Managing Director to drive an effective sales strategy, forge strong relationships with clients to ultimately close the deal and boost revenue growth in the region. Our expansion into the APAC market is in full swing and we would love to have you join our team in Singapore. You will be working with both our local CSM and CDM teams, with the ability to tap into our global brains trust and be thoroughly supported through our global platforms, processes and tools.
What you\'ll do

  • Hit and exceed revenue targets; meet growth objectives across TA\'s brand elevation suite
  • Expand current reach to APAC client group
  • Leverage existing relationships to create prospects
  • Build and manage pipeline activities in line with your KPIs
  • Forecast accurate revenue activities, ensuring all data is captured across our CRM
  • Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders across all accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities, with a focus on client retention and win backs
  • Collaborate with product and CS teams by bringing innovative solutions and ideas across the region
  • Work closely with APAC team leads and managing director to improve, evolve and scale the business
  • Consistently achieve and exceed all targets and KPIs set

Who you are You are someone who has a "get things done" attitude and possesses a key desire to have a positive impact on the client relationships you build as well as with the team around you. Working with both new and existing clients, your consultative approach aims to elevate our clients\' brands by providing TechnologyAdvice\'s unique suite of solutions: lead generation, digital advertising and compelling content; holistically integrated to suit their needs.   • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy

  • Strong network of relationships within the APAC region
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs and requirements
  • Experience in executing outcome-led growth strategies
  • Can actively develop and grow new/existing sales channels and pipeline
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record in media sales, preferably in the B2B space
  • Relevant experience in media and marketing domain preferred
  • Experience being able to conduct online sales presentations with a "hunter" mindset that strives for the "close"
  • A team player with high energy, integrity, drive, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills through a variety of digital communications platforms - Zoom, Slack, Loom, Email etc
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
