Responsibilities : 1. Perform technical verification checks on customers income documents and Process customer\xe2\x80\x99s credit cards and unsecured loans account creation or maintenance in Bank\xe2\x80\x99s operating systems
2. Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries into various
3. Lead/Participate the team in providing ideas/initiatives in digitization and automation improvement
4. Identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk
5. Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders
6. Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
7. Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team
8. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
9. Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
10. Data driven and adopt structure approach/framework to use data and perform analysis requirement
11. Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights
12. Work closely with various stakeholders to understand the Business/Operations problem statement, propose analytic requirements and solution, leverage on internal and external data and use analytics techniques to provide data-driven insights
13. Work closely with CBG business and support stakeholders to re-engineer and eliminate existing process frictions in realizing joyful employee and customer journeys Requirement: 1. Meticulous individual with an eye for details
2. Demonstrates good communication and presentation skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Qlikview
4. Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
