Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Caterpillar Finance Services Division currently has an opportunity for an experienced Account Specialist to join the team in Singapore.Job SummaryAs an Account Specialist in the Order Fulfilment team, incumbent is responsible for the management of prime product orders and related attachments received from assigned dealers within Asia Pacific Region, on behalf of the Electric Power, Marine, Oil & Gas and Industrial business units within Energy and Transportation.What You Will DoPrimary dealer's contact for order fulfilment queries. Maintaining a good level of customer satisfaction and good communication.Order follow-up; entry-build-delivery-invoice and maintain communication liaison between factory, divisional work team, and customer.Ensure orders are processed within company guidelines, policies and procedures of assigned territories.Follow up with factories, shipping arrangements in close cooperation with forwarders, issuance of shipping documentation, certification, handling letters of credit and invoicing.Having an understanding or knowledge of various terms and procedures related to prime product export documentation and invoicing.Could also be assigned to administer any of the supporting processes used within the Orders group such as finished goods stock processes, insurance claims, website updates, department documentation and reports.Maintain a working knowledge of all on-line prime product sales related systems used for processing dealer orders, reporting sales, shipping and collection (EOMP, SAP).Maintain good ongoing communications and relations with dealers and handling their enquiries in an expedient and accurate way.Liaise and work with management and other departments regarding new policy and procedure introduction relating to the account coordinator role.Manage regional specific activities where appropriate - e.g. approval of discounts, commercial invoice processing, supplemental invoices.Travel to dealer premises to train new staff, introduce new processes, deliver presentations etc. (Limited business travel - less than 5%)What You HaveCustomer Focus : Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
