You monitor your team's performance and assess their operational needs on a regular basis, recommending training if required.You work closely with our clients by addressing any service-related issues. As a leader, you are one of the primary drivers in maintaining a long-term relationship with our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our service delivery.Responsibilities
