Look for us online and consider a career.As the Account Supervisor, you lead a team of 10-15 Virtual Medical Assistants (VMAs) and ensure they receive management support in their day-to-day tasks. You monitor your team's performance and assess their operational needs on a regular basis, recommending training if required.You work closely with our clients by addressing any service-related issues. As a leader, you are one of the primary drivers in maintaining a long-term relationship with our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our service delivery.Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide managerial support to team members
  • Ensure the proper service delivery and operations of team members
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance and metrics
  • Analyze and recommend training or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with clients and other departments to address and resolve service-related issues
Qualities
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Natural leader, with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  • Capable in data management and processing
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proactive in process improvement and problem resolutions
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4-year course - either business-related or healthcare-related
  • At least 1 year experience leading a team of at least 5 people or as an SME
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO setting or 2 years in a hospital setting
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
